The Lion of Tuscany

Description: For homemade bruschetta, ideal for summer aperitifs and parties. Toast slices of bread in the oven at 180° with a drizzle of olive oil, then rub them with a halved garlic clove. Top the slices with a mixture of chopped tomato, finely chopped onion and our spice blend. Serve immediately to keep the crispness. 

Ingredients: Tomato, garlic, chili pepper, paprika, onion, basil, sunflower oil, salt, Kampot black pepper, thyme and rosemary.

... The Lion of Tuscany was the most feared ship in the Mediterranean. Her captain and crew had fought many battles without losing a single one. La Poudrière never had to fight these fierce combatants, and on the contrary, trade was commonplace between the two captains. In fact, the Lion's home port offers many of the spices that give our Bruschetta blend its name.
