Let's set off on a refreshing journey with our "Cap vers le Phare des Mers du Sud" fruit infusion, a nod to the beauty of French Polynesia and its paradise islands. The tangy taste of rhubarb evokes the freshness of crystal-clear waters, while the floral notes of hibiscus recall the exotic flowers that adorn the islands.
This infusion is a journey in a pirogue, in the company of majestic stingrays, under the benevolent gaze of birds of paradise.
Ingredients: Apple cubes, hibiscus flowers, elderflowers, natural flavors, rosehips, rhubarb cubes, blueberry and rose petals.
Preparation: Prepare your infusion by adding one or two teaspoons to water at 100°c for 8 minutes.
Cold infusion: 3 hours at room temperature or 10 hours in the refrigerator. Ideal for making delicious homemade iced tea.
Ideal grammage: 12g/litre - 4g for 1 cup
